if rin had known that kakashi was just gonna leave her during their mission to destroy the kannabi bridge do you think she would have still liked him or would we have another sakura sasuke situation where she doesnt care/cant see past what he did/was gonna do and still like him?

I think that team is very analogous to Team 7. So yes, Kakashi, Obito, and Rin are reflections of Sasuke, Naruto, and Sakura, respectively.

I think she already knew why he's nature was like, remember his father abandoning a mission and killing himself after make Kakashi think the mission goes above every other priority, she knew this but still couldn't help falling for him, so yeah she wouldn't like it but Shed most probably still feel the same.

Its obvious that Rin loved Kakashi so, No Rin wouldn't have hated Kakashi. Love is blind afterall...
