So this may have been said before, but I think that the reason why Kakashi and Obito's Kamui is different isn't because they're different eyes (right/left), but because of the emotions felt when Rin died.
Think about it. Kakashi was crying when he killed her, and Obito exploded in anger when Rin died. So that's why the Kamui for them is opposite. (Kakashi can warp other things away while Obito can warp away himself and anything he touches) 'Cause you know, anger is the opposite of sadness lol..
If this was said before my apologies.. and this does seem like common sense so idk. Your thoughts?

That's an interesting theory! Come to think of it, every other MS awakening occurs when the person has both of his eyes, this is the first case two people awaken one pair of MS.

This would also explain why MS techniques differ from person to person.

Good job, rep +!

I don't know seems good i just got caught up think it differed by eye because think how cool it would be for one of them to have both those abilities.

This may be true, but I don't recall seeing Obito's Kamui warping things away in the same way Kakashi's does.. do you have proof that it does?

Never thought about it like that. It would make sense though.

it is simple. MS has two abilities. a offensive move and a defensive move. Obito awaken both moves, or thought to have awaken them, which is natural for an uchiha. Kakashi's MS is far from prefected. personally, i think Kakashi doesn't have the charka to prefect the MS. When Obito uses kamui it looks as if the enemy is pulled within him. Kakashi's looks as if he erases the from existence. They are the same, kakashi just hasn't and will never master his MS.

Lol, Kakashi mastered his version of Kamui already - Obito stated Kakashi's Kamui was much faster than his own. Also, Kakashi can do Kamui long ranged, as opposed to Obito.

It's not like this is the same jutsu but Obito's version is better. No. These are two different things.
