I don't know about this. I mean only Obito can go intangible. Kakashi can only Kamui things other than himself and Obito can only Kamui himself and anything he touches. Which means for Kakashi to go intangible Obito has to be touching Kakashi. But Obito can go intangible from anywhere as long as he is in Kakashi's field of vision. I don't see how that can be at all any effective in battle. Sure they outsmarted Madara...once. Maybe you can say "strongest tag team" if Obito and Kakashi had more feats together.
