I've noticed that there was lately an emphasis that if both Sharingan eyes from the pair come together, they are the most powerful.
I've just had a thought that this is indeed the case.
Only Kakashi can beat Obito's Kamui (because only Kakashi can do any damage to Obito when he's intangible) and the other way around, only Obito can beat Kakashi's Kamui (because as Kakashi noted, Obito is the only person that can stop it).
Some other stuff:
Kakashi's Kamui is for attack while Obito's Kamui is for defense (though both versions can be used for attack and defense to limited extent)
I wonder if this might be important later on. It was already stated twice in the manga that Kakashi and Obito together will be the best combination, but is that a hint of something Kishi's planning?
