Yeah, in order to avoid problems with copywriting. The best one though to create atmospehere is this one:

You do realize that if you put a music , the copyright thing is avoided ?

I'm not so sure about that, another incredible amv maker, fedebankai, was also putting music as well, yet he ended up banned and no his amvs are only saved by people who copied them.
