Itachi and Kisame win, the only huge problem is jiraiya.

The only counter to Kamui is super speed, which Kisame and Itachi lack.. one of them gets 1 shotted easily in the opener. This is more like 2v1.

Pretty sure Kisame doesn't have a counter for Ma and Pa's genjutsu. Basically the entire fight would be Jiraiya supporting Kakashi and setting up a perfect Kamui. They couldn't focus on Kakashi because of Ma, Pa, Jiraiya, Gama Bunta, etc.

Dude, Itachi's Taijutsu is quite good (yes,I am considering Prime Itachi) Next Kisame can easily buy time against Jiraiya.
