Tobi is nearly invincible, but since we don't know if he can use Chibaku Tensei his offensive capabilities aren't that much deadly or dangerous against Kakashi & Gai - it's not like they're facing Madara. Therefore, even though they definitely won't be able to defeat him, I'm sure they can stand their ground against him to a certain point (if we assume that the Jinchuuriki are distracted with Be), and buy Naruto some time.. or Naruto helps them, which still doesn't enable them to defeat Tobi, but it would be more of a challenge for him, then.

Anyway, this is about to get love making awesome. I smell Bee's death, finaly, and progress in Kakashi's Kamui.

This is the problem with power scaling.

No one considers Gai or Kakashi strong anymore nor do they think they can help in any way vs Tobi.

Kishi has really screwed with expectations and outcomes.

Says who? Dude a bunch of people think Gau and kakashi are beasts, believe me expectations are off the charts!!

Thank You! i've been saying since the start of the war that there will be lots of action added to the war fights in the animes so the fillers will be less filler-like and have more to do with the story line and actual fights or at least there will be more war fights instead of people re-living their 12 year old selves' adventures! But when i say the word "fillers" people do not pay attention. i mean, i understand--fillers suck. but still... the anime should have cool "fillers" once the war starts
