Naruto and Sasuke's. Kakashi and Gai's was barely focused upon and when it was it was treated as comic relief with it consisting of games like Rock Paper Scissors. It didn't help that Kakashi tended to ignore him and didn't consider him much of a rival at all. Naruto and Sasuke's friendship sucks. Their rivalry is none the less decent.
