I'll add that with much improved kamui stamina, Kakashi could certainly strategize effectively enough to take out more pains. But on the other hand, his intel is no more advantageous than Nagato's. Meaning, Nagato could strategize accordingly if necessary. People often seem to think that Nagato is just a powerhouse, and forget all about his talent for orchestrating all of Akatsui movement.
