all of gais attacks fail because of high speed regeneration + body shedding + liquid mode. kabutos way too fast and reflexive to be held down for long. and he can let chidori hit him only to regenerate seconds later. provided it doesnt hit him in the head

Kabuto takes it, liquid form saves him from gates attacks. Sage senses saves him from Kamui. Hakugeki disrupts/confuses them (makes aiming Kamui impossible) and Muki Tensei kills them as unlike the bros, the rivals have no absolute defense.

Considering Kabuto is taking on Itachi and Sasuke with relative ease (thus far, at least, he hasn't even sweat), I think he could take Kakashi and Gai no problem.
