Kakashi himself said most shinobi have up to two nature types mastered and he is currently standing at three canonically as it is. He does not have katon, and i say that with 100 percent confidence

You are correct, although i highly doubt it. And it would be a lot cooler if people took the anime as canon, but the fact is that it isnt, and people on here dont accept anything that didnt happen in the manga. So i wouldnt really call it credible to be honest

Yeah i actually heard about that but never watched it. I stopped watching the anime altogether awhile ago. Its awful. I mainly liked Guren and her crystal KKG. That wouldve been pretty cool to have her as a canon character
