Kakashi above average Sharingan users ?

If we take the Ms users.

Itachi

even if u take a 3 tomoe sharingan user he is in better control of it
Dont forgot its a borrowed eye.. and his power increase when he is where obito is...

It's because Kamui can trap literally anyone who isn't quick as hell. Sure, some have Susano'o, some have Ameterasu, still. Obito is the only exception because he also has Kamui[in a way].

I'd say so yes, Kakashi even got Praise on his use of the sharingan from Itachi himself when they had that little scuffle.

He Also mind ****ed an S-ranked criminal (zabuza) with Genjutsu, K.O'ed two Anbu level Ninja with a Genjutsu, Used it to Copy over 1000 Techs.

The only average 3tomoe users we've seen are the 3 uchiha's that got Blitzed bt a 13year old itachi.

Kakashi's Eye's strength doesn't increase when obito's there, The only "power increase" that came from Obito was Unlocking Ms (even though it was 50/50). The Eye strength comes from the user, it's not shared.
If this was the case then kakashi would've easily of been able to over come the Genjutsu obito cast upon the bijuu.

Kakashi is very good for unlocking the eye but there are certain people that can defeat them due to him not being not an Uchiha clan member.
