Why do people say that kakashi can open the 8 inner gates? I dont remember watching or reading anything that said he could. So can somebody tell me where it is stated that he can use them?

WRONG. The manga has only SHOWN kakashi use 1st gate, it does not mention he cannot use more than 1. xd
