kakashi can counter that by:
1.going underground
2.go out from its range by his speed(he can open at least first gate)
3.going to other dimension
4.copying its seals and using it before kitsushi himself uses it like he did with zabuza

can i ask you a question?why kakashi exactly?is that hating on kakashi?,thread's title should have been who can counter that jutsu?

amatrasu..................kakashi warps it
1000 meteors.............kakashi goes to other dimension ,1 meteors ,kakashi goes underground
jiubi's biggest ttb........kakashi goes to other dimension
hiudura.................kakashi goes underground or goes to other dimension
juko boy.............kakashi goes underground and warps it when it gets small
etc................kakashi goes to other dimension,underground,copying,speed...etc
