[Question] Kaito's Taijutsu??

Can someone explain what this is to me? Ive seen it in the lottery that happened recently but I don't have a clue what it is, besides that its probably some kind of taijutsu (I'm a detective, don't worry about it XD ).

Anywho I actually can't find anything about it, I looked it up here but didn't find anything that explained it.

Can someone explain or link me to some page that can?

It's an advance form of taijutsu that was made exclusively for the RP.
