Chakra is formed by Phyical and spiritual energy coming from every cell of one's body. though training and pratice you can harness charka to use justus
indeed though brief physical energy is made through rigourous training of the body and mental energy is made through many long hours of meditation and then combining and molding them both together one can form chakra the very essence of a ninja'a skills and stamina.

so we shall begin by first having you build up some of that physical chakra by proceeding with some long excersises.
start with some stretches to loosen your body up and prevent any damage dealt then please proceed with 300 pressups followed up with 300 sit ups and then finally a 1500mile run and after that to loosen up and remove any build up of lactic acid in your muscles more stretches.

I strech out my limbs while rotating my neak around and fallow it by doing normal stretches. After about 10 Min's of rinse and repeat stretches i start doing the Pressups going up and down. After about 140 of them i take a break and drank some water that i brought. I then finished up my press Ups before starting with much easier sit ups. while doing them my back cracks a little so i take a 5 min rest before i go and finish the 300.

Before i start the long run I fill some water up and take off and start runing around the area before falling down as i had never did this much work in a row. i dicided to strech a little more and drink alot before going on the run. Heading out nice and far on my run dicide that i have gone far and dicide to sprint back to the area to see if that would finish the 1500 miles I needed.
When i got back i realize that i still had a lot to go before i was done so i contiuned runing drinking water every once in a while before having done the
the 1500 mile dash i colapsed from the run diciding to finish my work out once i woke up

after a good nap a started to do what a did at the beging and streached before leaving and going to eat i came back done my job and waiting for my sensei to return

I feel it. It's like a fire in my body or that or all of the pain from the work has nearly killed me and my body feels like its on fire but i think its the first

I feel like i can knock down a tree "try's to knock down a tree it fails" ok well i feel stronger

well it wont make you stronger straight away -_- over time maybe but yeah the feeling of fire is the the energy made from the excersice now we move to the next stage of meditation sit in the meditative pose and begin meditating to build up your mental energy.

sits still and and go's into zen pose trying not to think of anything while twiching a few times. My legs fall alseep while i sit still trying not to move around too much i just ignore the feeling while sitting before a become tired and fall asleep

after i wake up i get back to the meditating before i get tired again so i do a few exersises and eat a snack and read a book before going back to meditating

its been weeks sence you checked up on me so i doubt that counts as stright away:D
