Firstly, I'd like to say this isn't my own theory and give credit where credit is due, made by Zoey Black from another Website.
Here goes:
There are many various theories regarding Kaido’s Devil friut.
Most believe that he has the Typhon or Chimera zoan model, but I think that Kaido wont come from Greek mythologym but from one we have already established – Buddhism. I think Kaido will have none other than Mythical Zoan Model Sun Wukong aka. Monkey King
Sun Wukong is a monkey born from a stone who acquires supernatural powers through Taoist practices. He possesses an immense amount of strenght, he is extremely fast and he knows 72 transformations which allow him to transform into various animals and objects. (This lives up to the name of "Hundred Beast Kaido, implying he can use many transformations)
Oda has already shown some hints at the possibility of this fruit existing. For starters, he threw us a bone with Luffy’s appearance as master Roshi in the Corida Colosseum and Momonosuke’s Zoan Model Dragon which resembles the dragon from Dragon Ball. For someone who admires Toriyama-sensei I cant help but think he would have some other connections. We have seen Sengoku’s model Buddha and he showed he can use one of the moves symbolic in the “Legend of the Monkey king” – the palm thrust. I think this was intentional.
Another piece of evidence is Kaido’s crew. In the legend Sun Wukong’s army was comprised of : “The uproar drew attention of other beastly powers who sought to ally with him. Sun Wukong formed a fraternity with the Bull Demon King , the Saurian Demon King , the Roc Demon King , the Lion Spirit King , the Macaque Spirit King and the Snub-nosed monkey Spirit King”. This fits in surprisingly well with the Kaido theory since he is known for gathering a zoan army. If Kaido was gathering strong Zoans, those six sound like great vice-captains.
The Saurian Demon King sounds familiar… Didn’t we see a dinosaur (X Drake) run into one of Kaido’s subordinates? That would confirm the theory that Drake joined up with Kaido, although it is still unknown if he is spying for the Marines or if he is on Kaido’s side.
The monkey King is extremely stubborn, brash and bloodthirsty… sounds like Kaido. Another thing that caught my eye was something Law said : “Kaido is Doflamingo’s principle trading partner. If Kaido learns that Doflamingo cannot produce any more Smiles, then he will have to suffer the consequences.” Sun Wukong is famous for saying : “Gentlemen, a man who breaks his word is worthless”.

To elaborate on this theory, it's likely that some of Kaidous commanders have these Devil Fruits:
-Dinosaur Zoan (Drake) - T-Rex the "King of Dinosaurs"
-Roc Mythical Zoan - Enormous Legendary bird of Prey
-Niumowang Mythical Zoan - Could summon/control flames
-Lion Spirit King- Lynx Zoan (In mythology Lynx's are Lion spirits)
-"Six Eared Macaque" Mythical Zoan
-Snub Nosed Monkey Zoan
I can see how at least four of those six could be incredibly OP, although the Snub Nosed Monkey and the Lynx pale in comparison...
