Kaidou's weakness? The ones who create him are still out there and most defiantly knows how to reverse the giantification effects.

Chopper was able to discover that the kids were drugged and Law removed every trace of it from their bodies.

Caesar is also the one who creates the artificial devil fruits so he must know some weaknesses to the fake fruits and giantification. As long as the SHs has Caesar's heart, they can force him to spill out some weaknesses or properties in the giantification process and it'll be up to Chopper and Law to exploit it BUT, Kaidou is a freaking monster so they will have to weaken him first.

Oars and Kaido's connection can be from that they both comes from relative same family of giants (or something along that line).

If Vegapunk can somehow kill Kaido, than Kaido would be long dead. Marines/WG captured him in the past.

Now these are the kind of replies I like. Ones that can potentially kill your theories/thoughts.

Vegapunk would've have an "antibody" or anything like that since his experiments were all failures and he scrapped it. Caesar himself said so 4 years ago and it was Caesar who made progress with the giantification experiments. Kaidou could've been a "failure" but actually had unexpected good results after he fled.

i think they just related the horns and the long life. that giant have. but as we have seen both oars and oars jr can be killed. oars jr gets his leg cut off by string. this and the smile could be why kiado is dealing with don and wants a battle.

Well I already posted comments about the jolly rogers in the OP chapter discussion thread.

About the sign, well honestly I think that's just the OP variation of the type of symbols that are also used in real life like those for "corrosive", "toxic", "bio hazard" etc. The island was quarantined only a few years ago, meaning the sign isn't that old while Kaido has been running around for several decades now. So I doubt there's a direct connection there other than maybe something like that they found the original Oars so dreadful they used his skull as a universal accepted sign to identify something as being very dangerous, I mean in the real world we use a human skull for something similar.

And I find it very questionable that there would be some people running around knowing how to stop one of the Yonkou considering Kaido has been running around for decades. It was I think it was also stated that the giantification experiments have been done for over centuries with no real results by the WG. How would Kaido fit into that? As that would mean they were able to create a Yonkou and if you can do that, by now they should have reached more satisfying results, but the only thing they had were some drug-addicted kids.
