To be honest this seems to be rather shallow and without any kind of basis.
For starters Jack is already a fishman, so I have my doubts about there being a 2nd one among the Three Calamities. Also there's a high probability that all three of them have eaten a Zoan-type DF, which makes even a fishman unable to swim. So that a fishman calamity that can't swim would represent a "flood" is rather ludicrous. Also floods are most of the time caused by heavy rainfall, so your two calamities are the exact same thing as rain on itself is not a calamity.
Now the dragon part you completely copied of from the theory of Dragon's potential DF, which has been hypothesized for years it would be a mythical zoan dragon. Now I personally always found that a rather flimsy theory, however there are still a few things where it could fall back on, in your case however there is none. You just seem to have randomly added a DF to a person. And if the Shogun of Wano would be a Calamity, that would mean Wano is completely under control of Kaidou and thus there would be no such thing as an alliance between the two as he is his subordinate.
And well the cards thing. People have been speculating about that for a long time now so that's nothing new, but the biggest hurdle there is that there is no consistency. Doflamingo was not part of Kaidou's crew, but he did have a card's name (Joker). Kaidou and X-Drake on the other hand have no relations to cards. So that all three Calamities would have card-related names is questionable.
