Kaidou wishes to die because the world is boring and he has failed so many times. He said he doesn't care if the BORING world is destroyed and wants it to have a WAR. The zoan army is in preparation for that. Maybe in a large scale war, Kaidou can finally die. WB died in a war and Kaidou is jealous.
