I just had that same thought, but it doesn't necessarily mean that. Roci wasn't a D, and he still knew.

I think it means when we meet Kaido we'll get some more info on D.

Mistranslation

It was a mistranslation on MP's part.
The original line was コラさんも百も承知だ。 (Cora-san was fully aware of it). They mistook 百 to be a name, as opposed to being part of the phrase 百も承知 (being fully aware of).

well .. kaido is not officially a D so it`s just conclusion which makes it a discussion\prediction theard and the spoiler part is for the manga page
