This has already suggested several times before and I say it again: it's nearly certain that this is not going to happen. Why? Because the time skip already has happened, it's that simple. The time skip happened like two-three weeks ago in the series and them I'm being extremely generous here with the estimations. What the hell was the point of the first time skip if another one is immediately done afterwards? The point was of that time skip to prepare Luffy as much as possible for the New World and everyone and everything in it. Having another one is rendering the first one completely mute. The argument that Kaido is too strong is by its very nature invalid as since when did that stop Luffy ever? That happened all the time pre-time skip, why the hell would it be any different post-time skip? This is why he trained with Rayleigh, the time skip you are talking about already occurred.
Oda might jump a few days, maybe weeks forwards, but common sense wise there will be no time-skip. Even more so when you consider that the first time-skip happened after around 600 chapters and since then we had around 200 new ones.
