Since Kaido has been revealed in the anime finally and i got a closer look at him some of the things which i have been suspecting for a while might actually prove to be right.....

here is a picture of Kaido....now in the anime version the Tattoos on his left shoulder's have been given the same design as that of a smile.....I believe Kaido of the 100 beasts is actually a reference to the no. of animal abilities he has acquired. Now i know that it isn't possible for a person to eat more than one DF ofc BB being an exception but what about a synthetically manufactured DF?? Is it possible to put many abilities into a single DF and then consume it? This might just be a possible explanation of why Jack hasn't died even when drowning in ocean....maybe these synthetic DFs have been modified in such a manner or it is one of the powers of smiles....

My guess is about his powers. It is a vague one but still i would like to say that there might be a hidden possibility....Do you guys remember the person who was defeated in a humiliating manner by Kaido a long time back...if you don't remember here is a clue..the strawhats defeated him too...yes he is one of the ex-shichibukai Gekko moriah

I think they both belong to a similar place....notice the similarity of both being humongous and both having horns....also remember that Moriah was trying to awaken Oars. This was due to the fact that he was trying to get close to Kaido in power levels and i don't think Kaido was a yonko then... second this which moriah did was putting other peoples shadows in his zombies and acquiring other people's powers in form of their shadows to make his own...here is my second guess...maybe Kaido has an ability that lets him acquire others animals powers and make his own. He might also have the power to steal other's physical strength or maybe some of the abilities not the df abilities but like stamina, durability etc etc....The fight with moriah i think is a strong resemblance to how the fight with Kaido is gonna be for strawhats. There is also a chance for the return of some old characters because even in G4 with the hype that Kaido has Luffy doesn't stand a chance...

You lost me towards the end there.. but that very first part is an interesting idea.. (your idea about him eating 1 Devil Fruit that was made to contain the Zoan power of 100 different animals, all in one fruit, that he is able to control and switch between any of the 100 whenever he wants..)

That is not too bad of an idea.. especially if we find out that somehow Vegapunk is the one who made it.. (adding more hype to Vegapunk's character) Plus adding more mystery to how Kaido was able to get the fruit for himself..

I have considered the idea of him being the strongest armament haki user in the OP verse....blades of guillotine breaking, spears , swords breaking on contact, chains from which he is hanged those breaking apart, surviving the tortures etc etc, all point to the fact that he might actually have a real strong armament haki....it also condones with the basic idea of armament haki..to use it as a defence and if it is strong use it as offence....and if it is actually the strongest out there there would be no surprises that he tries to commit suicide by all physical means posssible and trying to see if physical attacks are stronger or weaker than his haki...i mean has he tried poisoning himself ?

the second theory i am still trying to refine it.....but i was just reminded of Kaido's battle with moriah and thought that moriah might actually try to become stronger by copying Kaido.....like when he turned huge by absorbing all those shadows...maybe Kaido has a similar ability...one that absorbs others powers.....also notice how luffy's attacks are all designed to defeat huge beasts..he said so himself while fighting doflamingo..maybe Rayleigh' original plan was to make him strong enough to face Kaido and stand upto him even if not being able to defeat him...there are a lot of possibilities if we look at it from that angle..i am still trying to come up with a new theory connecting those dots

Momonosuke's been seen with the same effects as a regular DF user in water, so Smiles have the same weakness as normal DFs.

Jack can survive underwater, because DF users just get weakened when submerged in water, but don't die if they can breath. Fishmen can breath, and Jack is most likely a Fishman.

No idea what Kaido's powers are, all i need to know is when you are wrong.

What if kaido can has infinite armament haki, in a sense he could not be impaled by blades. coz his cloth seemed like the color of an armament haki colored, while the same cloth of doffy was pink colored.

But then there is a scar in his right side of abdomen, which may have been caused by someone with greater armament haki than him, probably akainu, whitebeard or someone unknown characters we have seen yet.
