Kaido is god.. I almost cried for the inevitable defeat of one of my favorite characters Kidd ):

...that power would stop working in water also no it has never been said. All it said is that Kaido is the strongest creature in the world

No it is understandable to come to that conclusion, I mean they called him a creature and then his name is one hundred beasts Kaido so assuming that he is a Zoan isn't much of a stretch. The manga just never said he was one.

He looks to be the same kinda creature that Oarz is though

I thought the same thing when I saw Master Sheep Head's belt buckle the skull looked like Oars.

Doesn't necessarily mean he'd skip the chance to take some people with him. Also we've just seen him, and I agree from what we've seen he just wants to die but there may be more to it than that. Maybe he can't feel pain anymore so all this is just an attempt to feel again.

Granted, but like I said we've just seen him. I'm sure there's more to him then what we get in one chapter. And if he truly wanted to die he could just eat 2 DF's and explode. I think there's more to it than simply wanting to kill himself. Maybe he's trying to kill himself now that there's no WB to push him, maybe he's bored waiting for a new challenge? Who knows yet.
