Background Information
Kai was born in the Land of Water, as the child of two warriors from same clan, marking him a elitist of Dark Release users. However, he was raised in a local orphanage with the whereabouts of his parents unknown, as his caretakers wished to raise him to be perhaps a merchant; anything but a shinobi. However, as time progressed his genius was apparent and soon outclassed his other classmates. When he was 10, he was proficient at basic Ninjutsu and some Meiton manipulation, able to perform rather high level of elemental techniques at ease. Along with his physical and battle prowess, he was an avid learner, and sought of acquire knowledge from anyone possible.
