Lol, The Kaguya's White Zetsu army purpouse can be guessed by anyone who can connect dots/facts of what we know already.

I mean the most possible and likely army's purpouse was to battle other Ootsutsuki who along with Hamura were on the moon. At least Kaguya could believe in that as even Black Zetsu has no idea if they still have been living or dead already.

The whole "threat greater then kaguya" is either hype or Kishi left himself gate for the movie where space shinobi will be introduced. Both are cheap trick I would say.
