could the byakugan still only have 359° vision even for kaguya & they use this against her? Or since she's a goddess she gets the full 360° vision? i dont think it was ever stated in the manga that she had 360° vision.

Byakugan users are going to be the firs to know of their weakness.
Their entire fighting style is based around the fact that they have 360 field degree of vision.
The users will know when your attacking their blind spot by simply realizing since he can see everything angle except one and if they cannot see an attack or object it must obviously be in his blind spot.
The user will then just adjust accordingly to see the target
