Yep, here is an idea Kaguya didn't have a husband and just created her children.
It seems like to me that she is another facet of the Juubi and not just an outside creature to it.
I also believe that Hagaromo and Hamura went against the juubi (Kaguya) when it tried to solve the worlds problems of war with IT.
It may be possible that Kaguya was a different person before she ate the fruit but became a pseudo avatar of the juubi by eating the fruit. It would make sense then why the juubi didn't go mad before Hagaromo and Hamura were born. Because its chakra hadn't actually been "stolen" it had gone into Kaguya and made itself at home
.
So you could perhaps consider both Hagaromo and his brother to be remnant product of the "true" Kaguya's will not of "juubi" Kaguya. Ergo she might have wanted to eventually have children, and that will carried over to "juubi" Kaguya. It would also make sense of why both of them are sooo....inhuman? They are literally the progeny of a fusion of a monster with a mothers instincts....
It would make sense of the weird dichotomy that is Kaguya's actions:
1. She wants to reabsorb all chakra.
2. She cries at the thought of Hagaromo and Hamura.
3. She hates them both?
She has a WHOLE lot of weird emotions going on there, we have human emotions and we have juubi instincts all bound up in her.
And I can certainly tell you which is currently the most dominant.
Even after Hagaromo and Hamura were born the juubi waited till they were fully grown to go nuts. That means that while they were growing up juubi Kaguya fusion was trying to stop all blood shed using lots of different means. Most of them seem to have relied on sheer power. When they had grown up fully she attempted to use Infinite T to end war and hatred.
Obviously Hagaromo and Hamura disagreed and stopped her, sealing her.
So I'm going to put forward the idea that Kaguya right now is in fact a Juubi + Human Kaguya fusion. And that comes with all the motherly instincts and emotions.
I mean why didn't we see it before, the third eye is literally the juubi's eye. Indicating a fusion of "human" Kaguya with juubi.
