Kaguya's sharingan on her forehead has 9 tomoe just like the juubi's eye. Does that mean it's stronger than your ordinary 3 tomoe sharingan? We know for a fact that the sharingan increases in strength by the number of tomoes, so perhaps this means that Kaguya's sharingan is far stronger than Indra's and all the other uchihas.

Well Rikudou did say she was the strongest, so probably she has a 360 field vision with the 3T abilities times 3

I imagine she has all the MS abilities on a small planetary level.

Considering she has the juubi's eye ( and it is able to use a planetary eternal tsykiomi ) I believe she would have PS, Kamui, Amaterasu, Tsykiomi, + all the other shown MS abilties.
