If Hinata is going to break out of the Mugen Tsukuyomi than so will the entire Hyuuga clan. But, what can she do against Kaguya when no-one but Naruto and Sasuke could stand up to Madara and Kaguya > Madara. Hashirama lost to Edo Madara. Kaguya > Juubi Jin Madara > Edo Madara > Hashirama >>>>>> Hinata. She along with pretty much everyone is irrelevant at this point.
