I know that its still up in the air if Kaguya is going to fight or not (I think she is the final villain), but here is a early prediction of what her powers will be and my reasons for believing so.
Five Elemental Release-she will be able to mix all five elements at once for the most powerful elemental release in the manga, one of the Sage of Six Paths powers is to mix Four Elements at once combined with Yin-Yang Release and Senjutsu (those Truth Seeker balls), so I think that she will have the power to mix five at once.
The powers of all three doujutsus-This one is obvious as she has the Byakugan, the Sharingan, and that Sharingan is probably also a Rinnegan like Sasuke's.
Instant healing-She will be able to heal at a rate that surpasses Madara's, basically it will be almost impossible to injure her even if you can actually hit her.
The ability to read minds-call this one a hunch.
The ability to control the chakra network in other people-why else would she have the Byakugan which allows you to see another Ninja's chakra network.
Yeah its a short list, but I thought it would be interesting to do it just in case, and even if she doesn't show up, its still interesting to speculate.
