The databook said she was the otsutsuki clan leader though... I guess, there must be factions or something.

That's what's confusing me too, she seemed like head honcho but the way momo kin where talking about her kinda changes that perception. The databook came out way before the boruto anime did though didn't it?

The God Tree on earth was rated as 16 and 10 is already an abnormality.

Which probably means it's rare to find a Tree on that level again. And we don't even know if there are any god Trees around anymore.

Yea exactly, I don't think what they're doing right now was part of whatever kishi originally was thinking when he(rushedly) introduced kaguya.

Will any one ever reach her strength in terms of raw power. Probably not

However, Naruto as a series shows us people's capabilities when factoring in abilities in fights.

This could mean that someone could have an ability that makes them = or stronger than Kaguya in terms of that ability but not overall power.

For example: If Madara had Kamui type ability he would be more difficult of an opponent to fight. Doesn't mean he stronger than Kaguya though
