As well as Kaguya's Weather Powers.

I doubt that Kishi Placed That building without a Reason.
I am Thinking that this Dimension Had Life on it/Still has.
Or maybe,This is Where Infinite Tsukyomi Was First used?
So We Might Be Seeing a Bunch of Zetsu's Here.
