Her fight lasted 10 chapters where they landed the final blow.. thats a good 2 and a half episodes with no filler in the anime.

The same can be said for madara. He already countered rasenshuriken once, yet he failed to counter or absorb naruto's lava style rasenshuriken. The whole fight was him running away from naruto and sasuke. Juubito's fight was way better.

Kishi had to make naruto look good after his return. madara had countered that move before but some reason he didn't do it again.. did he get cocky? lol remember what kishi said that he made Madara too powerful it was for the sake of development and a happy ending.
