No. Kaguya at her strongest, noted by Black Zetsu after she absorbed more chakra, lost to Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, and Kakashi in literally less than 2-3 minutes. Madara by himself can handle her in this scenario.

I was talking about Kaguya at her strongest, where she already intended on killing them. It was practically a new fight against a new team and she lost in a matter of seconds. All-Killing Ash Bones is evaded, absorbed, or pushed away by Madara. If it does happen to hit him, he's immortal anyways. Eighty Gods Vacuum Attack is matched by chakra arms like Naruto was able to do.

It's basically adult Naruto, adult Sasuke, 3 eyed Madara, jj Obito, and MS Kakashi vs Kaguya and non jj Hagoromo.

Madara should most likely be a stronger than Hagoromo and the team has techniques that can deal with Kaguya's jutsu's.

Kamui snipe and ameno can deal with all killing ash bone.

Kairiki musou can deal with eighty God vacuum.

Obito and Kakashi together and Sasuke can open portals to deal with amenominaka and yomotsu hirasaka if they most likely get caught by it. Naruto and Madara are about equal in reaction speed so yomotsu hirasaka isn't a problem.

Kaguya probaly gets sealed before expansive tsb gets off or they can run like some biitches to kamui dimension.

It doesn't matter if it kills. Madara and Kaguya are completely immortal like a Tailed Beast and will regenerate even from nothing. That quote you referenced talks about endurance/durability, not immortality. However, that's only if he's hit in the first place, which is unlikely with 360 degree absorption, sensing/speed on par with Naruto, Almighty Push, and Wood Clones (which she can't differentiate from the original).

There's also the possibility of having Obito and Kakashi use Kamui on All-Killing Ash Bone to use it against her and her team.
