Does anyone find these two panels a little contradictory of what we already know?

She ate from the Tree's fruit and received the ability to hold and use chakra, and later on in her life, she had two children that were born with chakra and could potentially do much the same things she could. However, why does it state now that chakra is only hers? I assume that she didn't really want her children to have chakra, but if that is the case, then couldn't she have just either taken it away from them, and or, killed them before they could potentially use it?

This just seems really out of place and got me really confused. I really hope this gets explained.

Well, given her brief reflection on Hagoromo before she went on that little spiel, I'd guess she was probably fine with her children having chakra until they used it to mess up her plan of turning the entire world into plant zombies.

Gave birth to children, she raised them, thinking they would follow her ideals of controlling everyone. Her children turned on her, she was probably surprised at his considering she is there mother, they defeat/seal her, and now she has PTSD from seeing Hagoromo's power within Naruto and Sasuke.

We don't know what happened to her in the end, she could have been defeated/killed by her own sons. So from that point of view it would be clear why she doesn't want anyone else to have chakra now.

My understanding of this is that the thing has the shape and look of Kaguya, but it may not be Kaguya. Basically, I think it is Juubi who has taken Kaguya's body. Unless Kaguya herself wanted all the chakra for herself, the person talking cannot be her. It sound more like the holy tree trying to get his chakra back.

Killing her kids is a bit too far and she noted that chakra got out of hand when used by many others. She wants to reclaim it for herself like it once was. That is all.

At least Kaguya was the founder of it. It's not like bullies made money. Because if they did, they wouldn't need to take it.

we're pretty much beyond the point of Kishimoto giving a thought of explaining much of anything anymore. Still haven't given any explanation as to how BZ could possibly be Kaguya's will when Madara was clearly shown creating it.

My best guess is that Zetsu's overall are constructs of Kaguya, adding his own spirit(aka Indra) to said beings allowed some of the spirit of Kaguya that was inside of the Gedo Mazo to seep into Black Zetsu. Basically a part of her was all the time inside the Gedo Mazo and only Black Zetsu was able to hold her will, the white ones are to weak.
