Something happend, which made him rush the manga.

yet he decided to rush the manga with all these plotholes.

I also doubt there is part 3 he just want to finish now without any details like the tools.

There are lot of unsolved mysteries (brought for nothing) like the one you are pointing , it would be bad writting not to answer them.

Another question:

-Why bring Dai in the story without telling us the story of the character that really matters (Lee) ?
That time (only 40 chapters ago) was a pretty good time to tell us the truth over Lee's lineage and childhood.

-why bring the "Hagoromo clan" 90 chapters ago?

-Uzumaki origins?
