Naruto/Sasuke are not aware of that, Madara dropped guard against Black zetsu [since he thought of him as part of himself -Black zetsu knows about the weakness as well]

Being leader of clan doesn't have anything to do with lack of knowledge about Ninjutsu [Naruto used a Rank D jutsu to fool her - which won't happend against Madara since he can see the through the clones]

Can you clarify your claim [without reading to your abilities] that Sasuke did not have Ashuras chakra [without it he never would've got the rinnegan]

It doesn't mean she knows everything about Jutsus [Kaguya being gazed about reverse harem is a clear evidence], it's also why Kaguya/Black zetsu was recording the fights of Akatsuki [In case where Naruto did not use Harem no jutsu - which he invented]

It happens in most instances in Naruto, what does that have to do with anything about revival of Kaguya...

Sasuke's rinnigan is the not the same as Madara/Hagoromo's. It's obviously an Indra abilties like the arrow he used against Naruto. Remember how it was said that Indra inherited the rinnigan?
