In the manga, When Sasuke launched his susanoo to strike Kaguya, it was offpanel which struck so quickly that we had no idea what was Kaguya counter attack looks like that knocked sasuke out here in this panel:

Here In the anime, it was given some clarification that Kaguya appear to struck her palm by expelling her chakra the same way that the Hyuga this same ability and then proceed to have some slow motion when it clashed it's like her chakra palm destroy the substance of susanoo.
