Except they're not. Madara having the Sharinnegan is irrelevant as he doesn't have the Chakra to use it as Kaguya does, obviously.

Amenominaka -> acid world -> Yomotsu Hirasaka or w/e.
Madara is either dissolved away, or he is eternally caught between dissolving and regenerating, or he manages to escape the acid assuming it's an ocean of some sort and not the entire dimension, in which case he still rots for eternity in that dimension. She controls the battle from beginning to end.
