He may even be able to access other dimensions with them just like how madara was able to make 4 limbo clones when he obtained both rinnegans, but was only able to make one with one rinnegan. Every MS user that has been in Naruto has had Susanoo aside from Shisui. The only reason we (probably) didn't see his is because he was written off very early in the series before Susanoo was even a thought. Kishi even personally gave Shisui a Susanoo in the latest video game. It's not "canon", but it may as well be if it's coming from Kishi himself.

Obito is going to get a Susanoo, and it's going to be glorious.

Itachi. Double MS. Susanoo.
Sasuke. Double MS. Susanoo.
Madara. Double MS. Susanoo.
Shisui. Double MS. Killed before Susanoo was revealed for anyone ; given one in video game.
Obito. Has only ever had one MS.

But Obito has two of the same incarnates chakra in his body

He has Hashirama cells (a bit of chakra) and Madara's chakra too (the black rods he implanted in his body)

So there could be a possibility.

Also the sage did mention that since Madara's incarnation was over, the closes way to get to his power is by being the juubi's jinchuuriki.

So there is that right?

OT: Kaguya is labelled God, we can't assume that Obito can do anything really significant.
