Naruto can fly so that gravity argument does not work for him. Madara moved faster with flight than he did on foot. I'll give you the second point.

My other points still stand though. Madara never faced Naruto with flight and being low on physical energy does effect your reflexes.

Naruto didn't look like he was flying to me in the scan. Even so, Sasuke can't fly. That's because Madara relied more on flight rather foot. When you're on foot, you can use Shunshin and that is what proves that on foot you're faster. Gai in 8th gate is perfect example.
