If Naruto and Sasuke were pushing to her limits; and both of them were getting stomped by Madara, then Madara will do worse.​

Juubi's eye is not the same as the purple Rinnegan. If it were, both would distinguish Kage Bunshin; which Kaguya couldn't while Madara could. Black Zetsu, Kaguya's will already said that Madara and Hagoromo were the ones who awakened the purple Rinnegan. A clear statement that Kaguya doesn't have the eye.​
