Are you forgetting about Yata Mirror, which blocks all her direct attacks? Don't forget how Sasuke's Amenotejikara was amplified by the tailed beasts as to where even Naruto couldn't react. It also increased the distance(or that was being in Perfect Susano'o). Now that there are four Susano'o users and essentially the power of seventeen tailed beasts, pretty sure they blitz her year-round. Not to mention the fact that Obito powered by the help of Madara or Sasuke can use Kamui with it.

She hasn't been shown to have her own Truth-Seeking Spheres, only creating one after dis-functioning. The rest aren't powerful enough to destroy Chibaku Tensei. She'd have to get close enough to use her other techniques, making it a great distraction since she has to wait/time them.
So let me get this straight. Madara, who has the Rinnegan and can see the portal being made and her hand having to go through it, and having a more powerful sage mode than Naruto, can't evade Yomotsu Hirasaka? That's funny. The only way in which Naruto is faster than Madara is when he gets angry.

Itachi can stay with one of the other Uchiha's. His Susano'o isn't good enough alone.
His CT offer a good distraction, that's their only use really...but no, he's not getting sent away by Kaguya. Sasuke has intel on her portal snatch now, so evading is only going to be that much easier. Him and Madara evade with ease, either by teleportation (Sasuke) Shunshin (Madara), or by swapping with Limbo before he gets dragged in.
