Naruto was able to fight off Kaguya because their power resembled each other they were similar you know the chakra fist they were both Yang style fighters.

While Sasuke was more like Hagoromo this was even stated by Kurama though he still pales in actual comparison of their powers.

Kaguya only resembles Naruto because she can fly, use chakra arms, carries Bijuu powers, and those other techs. Naruto uses Shadow Clones, Rasengan, FRS, Body Flicker, Frog Techniques, glows brigther than GE lightbulbs. I do not see how they are very alike aside from those traits I listed.

Also, Hagoromo has both Rinnegan and Six Paths Senjutsu abilities.
