No. the first scan was obito using the hand seal to seal the juubi. the second one is the actual seal for Rinnie tensei which he was going to do to revive whoever he wanted.

would not like if Kaguya took her over. Madara is more relatable to the people alive in the plot and Kaguya is from thousands of years ago. She wouldn't fit I would like if they worked together.

You're right. Obito who stuck 2 chapters fighting the Juubi over his mind, while Madara in 1 panel took over it.

Kaguya hasn't attempted to take over madara yet, her chakra was transferred to the god tree when obito made it, only now has it entered madara
