the difference would be that if kaguya does turn out to be the finally villain and take over madara.. then she wont have access to her original power but instead a watered down version..

unless madara eats the fruit then i agree and if they do its purely plot :|

I don't think she will take over Madara. Honestly, I think she will only be talking to Madara thru his conscience realm. Just like how Naruto speaks to Kurma.

I kind of think kagaya was the reason madara awaken the rinnegan but it seems a bit far fetched.
