Kaguya sealed: N&S Hermit powers gone?

During the sealing when Naruto and Sasuke removed their hands from Kaguya there was no moon or sun.Also,Naruto lost his chakra cloak and goudamas.So does this mean they have no more hermit powers?No rinnegan,no goudamas etc..?

They probably lost their hand seals (RIP Naru jesus) but Sasuke still had his tomoe rinnegan so the powers seem to be kept unless Kishi just wants to get rid of them.

Edit:

Also Naruto's cloak isn't in his base form, just like his eyes aren't the same either. The TSBs also come from him generating them or in his cloaked form.

I think they still have have their individual powers (i.e. rinnegan and tailed beast) but they lost the seals. Which were the best things about it. The tattoos
