Alright so even though it's not confirmed about kaguya being in the story as a villain I really hope she is badass and shows a variety of abilities that made the manga naruto so unique in the first place. Now I'm not going to talk about the obvious abilities she would have like super speed, super strength etc but I will talk about things that are implied that she has.
Shikotsumyaku (Bone Kekkei genkai)
As seen kaguya has those two marks on her forehead. Those marks are said to be only in the kaguya clan which (shocker) is kaguya a name. I believe kaguya abilities involve everything shown by kimi but in addition to more. She would have projectiles, personal defenses and offensive techniques with these bones but hers would be as hard if not harder than the truth seeking balls.
Byakugan
As stated in the manga kaguya has the byakugan which by now you should know that it allows the user to have a 360 view and has a very large range of were you can see. You can also see all of your opponents chakra points. I believe kaguya will not only masterfully use this, but she will combine them with her bones to completely annihilate anyone who try so close combat her.
Sharinnigan
We also knows she posses a very powerful if not the most powerful eye technique in the world. We don't know much of it's abilities but i don't think it had the rinnigan abilities like the six paths and all of these things it's shown. (Could be wrong) I think like sasuke it's a combination of the Rinnegan and sharigan in the sense that it has the sharigan abilities like genjutsu, copying, movement Anticipation ,insight etc you pretty much know the jif by now. Along with that it also has the rinnegans yin and yang abilities that along with her Shinju power allowed her to create anything she imagined which is an advance form of izanagi which is what I think sasuke is using. It's a little complex I know but it would make sense since she was stronger than the man who was known as god and murdered *****es in mugen.
Note rambling about plot
They could also use this to explain why they developed izignami to counter her even though a half filler episode was made about this. I believe when she shows up sasuke is really going to shine because he really will have to use his max potential of his powers to fight her while naruto will probably be of less use than sasuke. I'm not saying this because I'm a sasuke fan or I think he's stronger than naruto but because Kishi likes to add Nostalgia in his work so a scene like
This but instead it would be during the battle with kaguya. It will show that Sasuke cares about his teammates and it would be a really good, emotional death scene because by now I don't think naruto and sasuke are going to fight just how in DBZ goku and Vergita never really had that "rematch" we wanted but hopefully I'm wrong about that

Uzumaki
Theirs a possibility that she might be the ancestor of all uzumaki because it is revealed that madara hair when in his Juubi/kaguya form has reddish hair, I wouldn't be surprise if kaguya had the same hair and that's were uzumaki.
Ice release
I think it would be cool if she shows of some insane Ice release moves like haiku it would be sweet to see some extra moves from that arsenal and good throwback.

All kekkei genkai
We know that she was the first "human" to use chakra and was most likely the ancestor of basically everyone. If she had the ability to use every single Kekkei genkai not only would that be an intense fight but it wouldent just be a battle of destructive power but strategy to counter everything she uses. Not only that naruto has the 9 nature types of his tail beast so sasuke could develop a good strategy with naruto abilities to counter these things. Also it adds a refreshing style of fighting from all the bijuudamas and uchiha powers we've seen the past 3 years.
