Kaguya needs an army to fight Hamura

Lately we have had a total disconnect with the recent character additions. It is hard to relate to Indira Ashura, and Hagaromo, since these characters are fairly new. I think Kishi is going to connect us back using a name that was mentioned hundreds of episodes ago. That name is Jashin.

I am basing this off of Kishi's use of foreshadowing and his tendencies to not tie up loose ends for future use. Also, I think we need something from earlier in the manga to bring us back because right now it is becoming to detached with narutoverse characters and reality.

i think we are going to find out how Hagaromo and Hamura defeated Kaguya. I am assuming Hamura's powers are like that of a reaper or underworld demon. Another issue is what Scarlet Ammo has mentioned in past threads about the reaper masks and perhaps there is a connection.
I can almost guarantee there is some sort of connection between this "first" ninja family and the masks.

I am thinking that Hagaromo is the top world "life" sage and Hamura is the "death" reaper sage. Hamura might even be in charge of dead souls in an underworld or afterlife.

to help substantiate this ( not very well i might add but it is a nugget) Kaguya mentions that Naruto and Sasuke have Hagaromo's power.... As oppesed to what though? I feel this could imply that Hamura's powers are different, and if they are anything like Hidan's then they would be.

I'm not sure that Hamura has anything to do with Jashin, but I have been nearly positive ever since they mentioned Hagoromo had a brother that Hamura has some connection with the Shiki Fuujin. Also, I'm going to have to go take a look at Scarlet Ammo's threads.

hamura was a shaman who used sealing stuff. he may have done something with hago to stop kaguya in the past. if the reaper is a woman and is kaguya in some form like her vitality, then that could be one thing. sealing her heart, will, ands body.

Kaguya confirmed Hamura as dead by first thinking that Sasuke and Naruto were the reincarnation of Hagoromo and Hamura. (In the very same sentence we got to know his name actually.)

OT. Maybe but i still have doubts that hamura is the death reaper if you're implying that....

From what we know so far, Kaguya > Hagoromo > Hamura.

Nah, the reapers upper body and horns look more like the Juubi's, they are related. Kaguya and the Reaper aren't related imo.
